Over dit evenement
Let go. Make space. Listen within.
Slow down and reconnect with yourself in an evening that combines two ways of settling the mind: a guided meditation and a deep sound immersion. Gongs, singing bowls and other instruments quiet the noise, and a guided journey invites you to release what you no longer need and listen to your own inner wisdom.
What to experience:
Step out of the noise of the day and let go of mental clutter. Philipp's soundscape of shifting frequencies helps you sink into stillness, and Anastasia's guided meditation leads you through releasing what has served its purpose, making space, and meeting your inner wisdom. Then sound holds that space for you, without words.
This is an intimate session, limited to a maximum of 8 people, in a private setting with a beautiful view over the city of Amsterdam.
Evening flow:
Welcome: a short introduction and time to settle in.
Sound grounding: slow tones that calm the body and quiet the mind.
Let go and make space: a guided meditation with Anastasia, with soft sound in the background.
Sound immersion: gongs, singing bowls, prayer bells and chimes, with no words.
Return and closing circle: a gentle return, a few words if you wish to share, and time to integrate.

About your hosts:
Anastasia Naumkina (@anastasia.naumkina) is a Psychological Counsellor and Transformation Guide based in the Netherlands. After nine years in the corporate world, she chose to follow a different path and now runs her own private practice, supporting people through periods of change, self-discovery and inner transformation.
She holds a Diploma in Psychological Counselling and an MSc in Chemistry, combining a strong analytical background with a deep interest in human psychology and personal development. Over the past four years, she has studied and trained in a range of approaches, including Systemic Family and Quantum Constellations, Timeline Healing, Quantum Psychology, Life Coaching, guided meditation and other transformational practices.
Anastasia brings these different methods together in her work, creating a warm, grounded and open space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore new perspectives. Her sessions and events are held in English and take place across the Netherlands.
Philipp (@alchemist.of.sound) is a sound practitioner with a passion for the deep relaxation that sound can bring. He studied sound therapy at the Peter Hess Institute in Berlin and was part of a studio collective there. Now based in Amsterdam, he is looking forward to sharing this practice with a new community. He believes that immersing ourselves in harmonising frequencies helps us reconnect with our true nature: when we truly listen, we enter a state of presence where only the current moment exists, and where inspiration, clarity and release can arise.
Please note:
This evening is an experience of relaxation, self-exploration & self-reflection. You can open your eyes or step out at any time. Sound meditation is generally safe, but due to the deep vibrations it is not recommended for:
Women in their first trimester of pregnancy
People with pacemakers or other electronic implants
Those with epilepsy (sound-induced seizures)
Individuals with severe mental health conditions or acute psychosis
