October edition: Where Did Your Power Go?
Monthly circle for women ready to feel anger instead of hiding it. Talk, move, release.
October theme: Anger & Energy. Where did your power go?
You know that feeling when you're doing everything right and you still want to scream?
You work hard. You show up for your job, your partner, your friends, your own growth. You do yoga, you breathe, you journal. You've done the inner work. And still, the anger is there. Sitting on your chest. Coming out of nowhere. Or not coming out at all.
Have you ever thought about how much energy it takes to be polite, accommodating and perfect? And how much it takes to hold your anger down so you don't hurt anyone?
This time we go into your body. We feel where the anger sits, let it move, and see how much energy comes back.
What happens:
Once a month, on a Saturday morning. No small talk pressure, no fixing.
Part 1: Talk. We share what's behind our emotions and how we handle them. We look at what needs to change so we can listen to anger as information, not fight it as an enemy.
Part 2: Move. This is the somatic part. We let go of what's stuck in the body. You can laugh, cry, beat pillows or shake. It's guided, and you decide how intense you go. No pressure.
You don't need to be "angry enough" to come.
You don't need to have a big problem.
You don't need to know how to do emotional work.
You just need to be curious about what happens when you stop pushing your emotions away and give them some room.
Who it's for:
Women who are ambitious, busy and used to holding a lot. Women who care about their lives, their relationships and their wellbeing. Women who have already tried yoga, meditation, therapy, coaching or breathwork and are ready for another side of emotional wellbeing.
Come as you are. Leave lighter.
Who I am:
I'm Hana, coach and mentor, and I'm on a mission to break taboos about female anger.
From a young age, I was taught to be kind, accommodating, smile. Anger was inappropriate, dangerous, not ladylike. So I tried to manage it, push it away, hide it behind politeness and smiles. I was always the person pleasing and serving others, until I couldn't. I became explosive about every small thing, and eventually I had to face the consequences: autoimmune diseases and burnout symptoms.
That's when I started digging into my anger instead of running from it. Slowly I understood that anger wasn't the problem. It was the signal I'd been ignoring for years, telling me my boundaries were being crossed, over and over, mostly by myself.
I created this series so women have a safe space to express themselves and celebrate their anger instead of suppressing it. I'm looking forward to doing this together.
