Energy & Balance: How to create a more balanced life?

Most of us start January with a version of the same plan: this year I'll do it differently. More sleep, more exercise, more time for the people I like, and still do well at work.

By March it's usually gone.

When I asked a group of women a few years into their careers what they find hardest, one of them wrote: it nearly feels impossible to excel in all areas of life. Work, health, friendships, your relationship, learning something new, getting ahead — and 24 hours that don't stretch.

That isn't a planning problem. It's a question of where your energy goes, and nobody ever teaches you how to make that choice. So most of us try to do all of it at once, do all of it at about seventy percent, and feel permanently behind.

This masterclass is about that. Not doing more, not doing less, but choosing on purpose what gets your energy in this period of your life, and what you're willing to let be good enough for now.
