To the surprise of many, this beautiful posture is accessible to almost anyone when approached with the proper guidance, patience, and respect for a few fundamental principles.

This workshop is designed to guide you gently and systematically through the practice of Headstand, helping you build the confidence, understanding, and awareness needed to approach the posture safely.

Whether you are completely new to inversions or looking to refine your technique, this workshop offers a supportive environment to learn Headstand step by step.
