Love to welcome you for a special Charity event on Sunday morning 11th of October, in the weekend of Mental Health awareness. October is the month of Breast cancer awareness. A Selfcare sunday to create awareness. We will slow down, unwind, soften and recharge with Yin Yoga + gentle breathwork + Soundhealing.

A nourishing nervous system reset. Calming & soothing the mind, heart, body and soul. To welcome the new week ahead, feeling relaxed, recharged and revitalized.

✨️ FROM SURVIVAL MODE TO REGULATION ✨️ Especially when you're a Cancer survivor or Cancer patiënt, selfcare & mindfullness can regulate your nervous system. Benefiting to calm and nourish your wellbeing mentally, emotionally, physically, energeticaly and spiritually.

✨️ BREAST CANCER AWARENESS ✨️
The Pink October—Breast Cancer Awareness Month—is close to my heart. In 2013, my beloved mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Within my family and inner circle, there are many brave cancer warriors—survivors, those still fighting, and those who did not survive the battle. In 2014 unfortunately, my beloved brave mother lost her fight against breastcancer.
