Join us on November 1st for an intimate, two-hour sanctuary designed to help you slow down, quiet the mind, and return home to your body. As the autumn darkness settles outside, we gather in a warm, candlelit space to move, listen, and embrace the gentle art of letting go.

The Experience
Grounding Yoga Flow: Gentle, slow-moving postures designed to unwind physical tension and soften into the body.

The Voice of the Violin: Live, acoustic violin strings serve as a bridge between your movement and your inner landscape of emotions. Resonant melodies directly into every pose.

A Sacred Pause & Deep Rest: Sink into a prolonged final relaxation (Savasana), cradled by long, sustained violin tones that invite your nervous system into total stillness and peaceful rest.

Warm Seasonal Gathering: Afterward, stay cozy and warm as we enjoy a complimentary seasonal drink (herbal tea, macha late or coffee) together in community.
