HEALING HERBAL WORKSHOP

Over dit evenement

Samani is a holistic queer herbal tea brand and practice dedicated to plant wisdom, conscious living, and natural healing.
We work with carefully selected medicinal plants, combining ancestral herbal knowledge with a contemporary, mindful approach. Our aim is to make plant medicine approaxchable, experiential, and accessible to a wide audience, regardless of prior knowledge.
The Healing Herbal Workshop is an interactive and educational experience designed to reconnect participants with the healing power of plants. During the session, we will:
Introduce participants to a selection of healing herbs
Share their traditional uses, energetic qualities, and therapeutic benefits
Guide participants in combining herbs based on specific needs (such as menstrual pain, calming, immunity, digestion, sleep, etc.) Support each participant in creating their own personalized herbal blend, which they will take with them.
