Over dit evenement
✨️ A practice space for touch, consent, boundaries & connection.
Touch can feel nourishing, playful, comforting, awkward, vulnerable — sometimes all at once.
Many of us want more touch in our lives, yet we haven't necessarily learned how to communicate about it.
What kind of touch do I actually want?
Can I notice a yes, a no, or an I'm not sure yet in my body?
Can I ask for what I want without knowing whether I'll receive it?
Can I say no without feeling guilty?
How do I receive someone else's no?
Can touch become something we create together rather than something we simply give or receive?
✨️ Touch Lab is a practice space to explore these questions through experience.
The aim isn't to perform touch “correctly.” It's to become more aware of yourself while you're in contact with another person — and to discover that consent can be a conversation, not just a yes or a no.
Very little theory: we learn by doing.
✨️ What is Authentic Touch?
Touch Lab grows out of Authentic Touch, a workshop format I've developed through several years of exploring Authentic Relating, consent and embodied connection.
It combines the presence and honesty of Authentic Relating with consent practices that help us become more aware of our boundaries, desires and choices.
This is not an erotic or sexual space, and there is no nudity. You choose how and whether you participate in each exercise. No previous experience is needed.
✨️ The Labs at Tribalys
Connection Lab is part of a series of four distinct Labs facilitated by Daphne on Wednesday evenings at Tribalys. Each Lab explores a different dimension of being human. Every Wednesday, two complementary Labs run back-to-back: Connection Lab followed by Touch Lab 1week over 2. And Feelings Lab followed by Creativity Lab 1week over 2.
