Voelt het alsof de wereld rondom jou steeds luider wordt, terwijl je eigenlijk verlangt naar meer stilte?
November nodigt uit om te vertragen en naar binnen te keren. Om even afstand te nemen van alles wat je aandacht vraagt en opnieuw te luisteren naar wat er in jou leeft. Naar je lichaam, je intuïtie, je behoeften en datgene wat misschien al een tijdje op de achtergrond aanwezig is.

We beginnen met grounding, meditatie en het zetten van een intentie, gevolgd door zachte somatische beweging en shaking om uit het hoofd en meer in het lichaam te zakken. Van daaruit gaan we dieper in een Holotropic Breathwork Journey, gedragen door muziek.
Na de journey nemen we tijd voor integratie met live sound, guided journaling en een moment van stilte. De avond sluiten we rustig af met thee, snacks en een klein Cielo-ritueel om mee naar huis te nemen.
Ademwerk is een manier om bewust met je adem te werken en zo vanuit je hoofd dieper in je lichaam te zakken. Tijdens een breathwork journey kan je adem een ingang worden naar een diepere staat van bewustzijn. Door middel van verbonden ademhaling, muziek en begeleiding creëren we ruimte om te vertragen, te voelen en te ontdekken wat er op dat moment in jou aanwezig is.

November invites us to slow down and turn inward. To step away from everything that asks for your attention and reconnect with what’s alive within you. With your body, your intuition, your needs, and the things that may have been quietly present beneath the surface for a while.

We begin with grounding, meditation and intention setting, followed by gentle somatic movement and shaking to move out of the mind and deeper into the body. From there, we move into a deeper Holotropic Breathwork Journey, held by music.
After the journey, we take time to integrate through live sound, guided journaling and a moment of stillness. We gently close the evening with tea, snacks and a little Cielo ritual to take home with you.
Breathwork is a way of working consciously with your breath, allowing you to move out of the mind and deeper into the body. During a breathwork journey, the breath can become a doorway into a deeper state of awareness. Through connected breathing, music and guidance, we create space to slow down, feel and explore what is present within you in that moment.

To ensure everyone’s safety, this workshop is not suitable for people with certain medical conditions, during pregnancy, or when intensive breathwork is not recommended.
