The shift from summer to autumn
It’s a moment we often rush past, yet it can be such a beautiful invitation to pause. To look back on summer, feel gratitude, let go of what no longer fits, and prepare for the season ahead.

With a meditation and visualization we reflect on the highs and lows of the summer, and set our intentions for the upcoming autumn. In the sharing we connect with ourselves and with each other.

Practicalities:
- Make sure you cannot be disturbed and feel comfortable.
- You can sit on a cushion, chair or yoga mat if that feels nice.
- Bring a journal or something to write in
- Before we start, please gather two items from nature. One that represents summer for you. And one that represents your intention for autumn.

No experience with circles or spirituality is needed – just curiosity and openness are enough. Everybody is welcome, no matter your sex or age.

This event is donation based - the donation link will be shared afterwards.

The circle will be held in Dutch or English, depending on the group.
