Windmill Rituals is OMnia’s monthly gathering inside Molen van West — a meeting point between history, nature, movement, sound and contemporary culture.

Each edition explores a different quality of human experience through a carefully curated journey of yoga, breathwork, energy, sound, ritual and collective presence.

Held beneath the sails of the windmill, we step away from the rhythm of everyday life and into a space to move, breathe, connect and listen.

Every gathering is different.

Some invite us to ground and return to our roots.
Some awaken our energy and expand our awareness.
Some open the heart.
Some invite us inward.

Together, we explore the many layers of practice — from strong, breath-led Vinyasa and embodied movement to Pranayama, Kundalini-inspired energy activation, mantra, sound, meditation and moments of stillness.

The practice is complemented by a curated tea ritual by Happy Tea Amsterdam, creating time to arrive, connect with the senses and set an intention before moving into the practice.

We close each gathering by coming back together as a community — sharing, connecting and, when the season allows, embracing the elements around us.

Windmill Rituals is about:

To move with your own body.
To breathe with awareness.
To feel your energy.
To open what wants to open.
To release what no longer needs to be carried.
And to reconnect with yourself and with one another.
