ADE - Cosmic Navigation ๑ Sound Journey & Guided Meditation To Avalon
A guided sound journey and meditation into the mythical realm of Avalon - the island of apples, the land between the worlds, where the veil thins and the old magic still lives.
Ton Akkermans opens the portal with his hand-forged gongs, singing bowls, and chimes - instruments he crafts himself as a blacksmith, each one carrying its own voice. Fralalai weaves through the landscape with her harp and elven singing, carrying the listener deeper into the mist. Elizabeth Plokker (The Conscious Club) brings live field recordings from Glastonbury and ambient textures that root the journey in the natural world. Charon Tolhuisen guides the meditation, leading the way across the waters and into the heart of Avalon.
A one-hour immersion in sound, story, and stillness.

About The Conscious Club
Since 2015, The Conscious Club has been responding to a rise in global consciousness that is calling out for a more spiritual and sustainable lifestyle. We offer transformative experiences that nourish mind, body, and spirit - online and offline, alongside special gatherings throughout the year. In 2025, we added a new creative layer with the launch of our record label, The Conscious Club Records, producing original music under the artist name The Conscious Club. Our new project Cosmic Navigation explores the energetic resonance of sacred sites across the globe through live field recordings, guided meditations, and originally composed music - creating an immersive sonic journey that allows listeners to travel inner and outer landscapes.
