Curious about Brazilian Zouk but not sure if it’s for you?
Come and try it! ✨
Join us for a Free Try-Out Class - a fun and accessible introduction to Brazilian Zouk where you can get a feel for the dance, the music and the connection between two people.
You don’t need any previous dance experience and you don’t need to come with a partner. Just bring yourself, some comfortable clothes and a little curiosity. ✨
During this class, we’ll introduce you to some of the basic movements and ideas behind Brazilian Zouk, but most importantly, we’ll let you experience what it feels like to dance it.
You can expect:
✨ Basic Zouk movements
✨ Connection and partner work
✨ A little taste of the characteristic Zouk flow
✨ Music, movement and lots of dancing
✨ A friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Whether you’ve never danced before or you’re coming from Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Contemporary or another dance style - you’re welcome.
And if you discover that you want more… that's exactly what the Beginner Bootcamp Zouk from Zero is for. 💫
The Try-Out is a shorter introduction, while the Bootcamp gives you 3 hours to really dive into the foundations of Brazilian Zouk.
And after the Bootcamp, we’re keeping the dancing going with our Zouk Party open to both our bootcampers and experienced Zouk dancers. So you can immediately experience the social side of the Zouk community too.
Want to continue learning after that? Our 10-week Beginner Course will take you further, step by step, and give you the time and space to build your Zouk foundations.
Practical information
👟 What to wear: Comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. For shoes, choose clean indoor shoes with a smooth sole and not too much grip, so you can slide and move easily across the floor. No special dance shoes are needed.
