A morning to slow down, tune in and create by the sea.

We’ll start with an hour of Yin & Yang yoga led by Livia Benders: a beautiful balance of conscious, embodied movement and stillness. During the practice, we’ll turn inward and explore what we want to cultivate within ourselves. What do you want to make more space for? More softness, trust, joy, courage or presence? You’ll choose your own intention to carry with you into the rest of the morning.

After yoga, there’s time for coffee or tea, a delicious snack and a refreshing dip in the sea.

Then we’ll bring your intention to life with clay. Guided by ceramicist Eva van Bruinessen, you’ll hand-build your own ceramic cup. A cup shaped by your hands, and inspired by your heart's desire.
Every morning, when you reach for your cup, you’ll be reminded of your intention - and of this moment you chose to slow down, connect with yourself and create.

Expect a morning of yoga, creativity and connection, leaving you with a meaningful experience and a handmade cup to take home.

- Yin Yang Yoga

- Optional: a refreshing dip in the sea
- Hand-building with clay
- Your own handmade ceramic cup*

*Your cup will be ready for pick up at 1060 studio after 4-6 weeks. The pieces need to dry slowly before they can be glazed and fired.
