Your teacher:
Lindsay Mackintosh /The Shift

Lindsay is a yoga teacher and facilitator who guides people in classes, workshops, ceremonies, and retreats.

Her work weaves together yogic, somatic, tantric, and therapeutic practices, creating a space for people to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and explore their inner world.

With a calm, intuitive and playful presence, she supports others in listening more deeply to themselves and their inner world, and to move towards a more authentic, embodied, and truthful way of living.

No experience is needed.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

For any other questions you can send an email to: connect.theshift@gmail.com

The classes are on donation, so you are free to give what you can/want.
And the class will be in Dutch or English depending who is there.

Hope to see you there♥️
