Life is busy. It moves fast. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, most of us are longing for something we cannot quite name.
Not more stimulation.

Real connection. The kind that actually lands.

The Art of Embodied Connection™ is a monthly workshop in tantra, authentic connection and embodied community, before every Tantrik Temple Night. A beautiful standalone experience and the opening chapter of the full evening for those continuing into the Temple.

The thread that runs through all of it is the same. Come back into the body. Meet yourself there. Meet others from that place. Together, meet Life. ✨


🌙 THIS MONTH: THE UNMASKING

Most of us have a version of ourselves we default to around new people: friendly, easy, fine. It's not dishonest. It's just not the whole truth, and holding it up all evening is tiring.

Unmasking means letting that version rest, so what's actually true in you has room to come forward. Your true essence. The self that gets to be met, chosen, celebrated, exactly as it is, without having to earn any of it first. That's what we're all actually reaching for, underneath everything else: with ourselves, with each other, with the people we love.

The question worth sitting with before you walk in: are you willing to see that truth in yourself? Are you willing to let more of you come alive? Do you want to be met, all of you, not just the edited version?

Connection that actually lasts is never built on performance. It's built on knowing your own worth well enough that being fully seen stops feeling like a risk.

What you get: real connection with the people in the room, and a felt sense of that worth to carry past the door. If you're staying for the Temple after, you walk in already warm, already known by a few people, instead of arriving as a stranger.

This is where it begins.


✨ WHAT WE DO TOGETHER

We settle first in breath, body, nervous system. Then we meet, through sustained eye contact, conscious movement, partner practices and play. What starts as uncomfortable becomes unbearably honest, and then, usually, tender.

Every exercise is an invitation. Nothing is ever required. You move at your own pace, in your own way, with your own warm yes. This space is trauma-aware, carefully guided and held by an experienced team of facilitators.

We close in community ritual. By then something has formed in the room. It always does.

You may arrive not knowing a single person. You will not leave feeling like a stranger.

Good. That feeling means something in you knows this is real. The nervous system settles in the first twenty minutes.

That is exactly why this workshop exists. You will not leave feeling like a stranger.

"Is this for beginners, or for those who already know their way around?"
Both. Always both.
Some of you will walk through this door with zero prior experience, nothing but curiosity and maybe a flutter of nerves, and that is enough. That is exactly enough. You are fully welcome exactly as you are.
Others of you have already tasted parts of this path, and you're not here for an introduction. You're here to go deeper, to shed another layer, to meet a rawer edge of yourself, to feel your body and your desire in a way you haven't yet let yourself feel.
Wherever you're starting from, what actually matters is one thing: your willingness to arrive.


"We are a couple. Is this for us?"
Yes. Couples come to go deeper, to feel something real between them again. The workshop holds solo people and couples equally.

"What if tantra is not for me?"
Tantra in this space is not what most people imagine. It is the practice of presence: in breath, in sensation, in contact. It is not explicit. It is the art of being fully here. Anyone with a body and a longing to connect is welcome in this room.

"How do I know I will feel safe?"
This space is trauma-aware and held by an experienced team of facilitators. Every exercise is an invitation. Your warm yes is the only thing that moves anything forward.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. No partner needed. Simply come as you are. 🌺

The Tantrik Temple Night runs every month, paired with The Art of Embodied Connection before it. It does not run on Embodied Tantra or Deeper Intimacy months — those have their own sacred containers with their own opening.

Something builds over time when you return. The room deepens. The people around you become real. You stop being a stranger in the room. You become part of something.
