A Journey Home | The First Circle

An online healing song journey back home to yourself.

A Journey Home was born from my own journey inward. A journey through safety, body, breath, earth, joy, heart, truth and wholeness.

From this journey, a voice was born within me. A voice I was able to give form through music, words, feeling and energy.

At first, these songs were created as reminders for myself.
As anchors.
As places to return to.
As memories of what my body, heart and soul already knew.

And I would like to share them.

During this first circle, we move through the field of A Journey Home together.
All songs, one after another, as one continuous journey.

With music, gentle guidance, silence, energy and space to feel what wants to be touched within you.

You do not have to force anything.
You do not have to solve anything.
You do not have to do it right.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

A soft journey back to yourself.
To your body.
To your breath.
To the light that was never truly gone.

Nice to have: water, a blanket, optionally a journal, and headphones or a good speaker

A wireless headset can be especially nice, so you are free to lie down, sit, move or gently follow your body during the journey.
