Als zelfstandig ondernemer, ZZP’er of kunstenaar werk je vaak hard genoeg. Maar in een concurrerende markt gaat het niet om méér uren maken; het gaat om authenticiteit en strategische scherpte.
Elke maand breng ik een kleine, diverse groep gevestigde ondernemers en makers fysiek samen. We gaan praktisch aan de slag met je merk, het doorbreken van stagnatie en het creëren van een gezonde balans tussen zakelijke impact en creatieve energie.
De kern van deze workshop:
Gerichte verandering: Je vertrekt met minstens één concrete, direct toepasbare aanpassing voor je bedrijf.
Mentale veerkracht: Je leert je innerlijke criticus om te buigen tot een bondgenoot om twijfel achter je te laten.

Praktische details:
De workshop is interactief, kleinschalig en vindt plaats in een veilige, inclusieve setting. Inclusief werkboek en je eerste drankje. Na afloop plannen we een individuele, online follow-up sessie van 30 minuten om de voortgang te bespreken. Daarnaast gaat 20% van de ticketopbrengst naar The Human Prototype Lab voor toekomstige community-initiatieven.
Houd er rekening mee dat deze workshop specifiek is ontworpen voor ondernemers en kunstenaars die minimaal één jaar actief zijn, ingeschreven staan bij de KvK, en tegen een concrete uitdaging aanlopen. Niet geschikt voor startende ondernemers.

Every month, this workshop commences for a small group of business owners/ondernemers/ZZP'ers/freelancers, kunstenaars, and founders, in person, to work through your brands, make small and meaningful changes, and redress creativity for balance.
Core Focus: Make your business stand out while maintaining balance with creativity.
Overview: In a competitive market, it’s not enough to just work hard, you need to offer something authentic, not necessarily new or unheard of prior. This workshop explores with you how to make your business remarkable in a way that resonates with your customers. You’ll also learn how to develop creative habits that keep your business fresh and relevant, without burning out. The Grounded Entrepreneur journey adapts from organizational development models into individual change methodologies like Kaizen and Bridges’ Transition Model to support freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small-business teams.

This workshop is strictly for registered business owners and artists with at least one year of experience who are navigating active business challenges. It is not intended for aspiring or pre-revenue founders.

Meet Justin, Your Facilitator
Justin is a creative and consultant, as well as event and training facilitator with 17 years of experience in reorganizing teams, through change management, leadership development and inner-culture transformation. He has spent nearly 20 years in traditional employment - taking on roles of change and reorganization that were roles created for him, and as a business owners, artists and non-profit project/org developer. He integrates organisational leadership expertise, lived experience, and some change management practices, to help entrepreneurs/solopreneurs or business owners, as well as organisations, thrive through change. He is the starter and nurturer of The Human Prototype Lab, championing collaboration and well-being with other entrepeneurs. Originally from the United States of America, he is an immigrant in the Netherlands. In his spare time, he is an artist, enjoying the process as equally rewarding to the end results.
