Summer Serenity Sound Bath

Over dit evenement

Do you feel overstimulated?

Join me for a nourishing sound bath inspired by the gentle energy of summer. Immersed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, you will be invited to slow down, relax and reconnect with yourself.

This will be a small gathering for a maximum of 5 people.

During the Sound Bath:
- we will enjoy ceremonial cacao together,
- we will do a breathing & a vocal exercise,
- you will relax during a guided meditation,
- you will recharge your energy with the sounds of instruments with healing vibrations,
- and at the end, you can pour your experiences from the session onto paper while sipping delicious tea.
