Circling, an exploration of consciousness (authentic relating)

You are warmly invited to experience circling with us. Circling is a relational meditation and communication art where meditation meets deep connection through the beautiful traditions of the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra and Vipassana. It is a practice that falls under the umbrella of Authentic Relating.

We offer bimonthly circling evenings. The evening will begin at 19:30h with a guided Vipassana meditation to help cultivate mindfulness and focus, facilitating profound group experiences. Following that, we’ll engage in exercises to explore foundational techniques for building connection, and then move into circling practices.

We’ll conclude the evening with a surrendered leadership practice and a meditation inspired by the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra. These workshops are all about collectively exploring consciousness, so we hope you’ll join us!

Doors open at 19h, please be here at 19:15 so we can start with a short meditation at 19:30.

Participation is free, with optional donations welcome.

The event will be held in English. The event is limited to 15 participants.
