HOW we explore this together
We use a gentle bridge between old wisdom and new science — a tool called HRV (Heart Rate Variability).

🫀 What is HRV?
Your heart doesn't beat like a perfectly ticking clock. The tiny variations between each heartbeat — speeding up slightly, slowing down — carry information about your nervous system and emotional state. A higher HRV generally means your body is calm, adaptable, and resilient. A lower HRV can signal stress or depletion. The good news: simple practices can shift it in real time.

Longer the time body spends in High HRV zones turns it to homeostasis ( where the body heals itself)

We combine HRV tools with gentle traditional heart and breathwork practices — nothing complicated, nothing pressured. Just you, your curiosity, and an open evening.
