Journey Into the Hips — Deep Hip Opening Workshop

In this immersive workshop, we explore the structure, mobility and intelligence of the hips.
You’ll learn how the hips actually move, where tension tends to accumulate, and how to safely create space in this complex area of the body.

We work step‑by‑step toward poses such as Padmāsana (Lotus), Kūrmasana (Turtle Pose) and Eka Pada Sirsasana (Leg Behind the Head).
The focus is not on “achieving” the pose, but on understanding the pathways, techniques and preparations that make these shapes accessible over time.

The workshop includes:
• deep hip‑opening drills
• active mobility & strength work
• somatic release for the pelvis and lower back
• intelligent sequencing toward lotus & leg‑behind‑head
• safe alignment principles
• time to feel, breathe and integrate

This session is ideal for yogis who want to deepen their practice, understand their hips more clearly, and explore the foundations of advanced asanas — whether or not you can already do them.
