The Space Between is a guided reflection circle designed to help you navigate ambiguity with greater calm, self-trust, and confidence.

Through reflection, journaling, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and identify what will support you moving forward.

What you'll leave with:

• Greater acceptance of uncertainty and what you cannot control
• A deeper understanding of the emotions you're carrying
• 1–2 practical tools to help you navigate uncertainty in everyday life
• More clarity on your next small steps
• A simple personal plan to support yourself through this period

It's about learning how to move forward while the answers are still unfolding.
