SoulKonnect Reveal - Masculine & Feminine Power Unlock

Over dit evenement

Discover what holds you back!

✧ Recognize this?

You shrink your boundaries to keep the peace. You hold back what you really want.
You perform strength instead of feeling it, or soften yourself to make others comfortable.

That's not who you are. That's power you've learned to give away

This workshop helps you meet those reactions where they begin: in the body. So instead of repeating the same protective patterns, you can stay present, open, and connected in real contact with others.

✧ What this workshop is

SoulKonnect Reveal is a half-day, in-person live group experience where you reclaim your masculine and feminine power on the mind and body level through somatic, body-based and partner dance practices.

✧ The SoulKonnect Difference

*Mind + Body*
The pattern doesn't ask whether you're aware of it, it runs anyway in the body, underneath the story you tell yourself about who you are.
That's why we work on the mind and body levels at once

*Live Experience*
Masculine and feminine wounds don't appear when you are alone, they live in contact with the other.
That's why the shift can happen only in real contact.

✧ What You'll Experience

Unique SoulKonnect Method: *Reveal · Release · Repattern*

Reveal
See the automatic reaction as it happens in your body, and in the story your mind tells about it, in real contact with another person. The thing itself, named and felt at once.

Release
Discharge the tension your body has carried behind that reaction, through breath, movement, and guided somatic work, while your mind lets go of the explanation it built to justify it. Until there's actually less left to react from.

Repattern
Reprogram the response itself, in the body and in the mind, in real time, so when it counts, in your relationships and your everyday life, something different is already there waiting for you.
