Veel van wat je draagt, heb je niet zelf gekozen.
De patronen die zich blijven herhalen — in relaties, werk, gezin of van binnen. De gevoelens die je niet kunt verklaren. De manier waarop je jezelf wegcijfert, vastloopt of niet volledig aanwezig bent in je eigen leven. Soms begrijp je rationeel wat er speelt en toch verandert er niets.
Je doet niets verkeerd. Het kan zijn dat er onbewuste dynamieken spelen binnen je familiesysteem die eraan in de weg staan dat jij jouw volste, meest authentieke leven leidt.
Een familieopstelIing maakt het onzichtbare zichtbaar. Ben je klaar om te zien wat er werkelijk speelt?
Deelnemen als vraagsteller
Jouw vraag of thema wordt ruimtelijk neergezet met representanten. Zij nemen intuïtief de plek in van belangrijke personen of elementen uit jouw familiesysteem. Vaak wordt op een verrassend heldere manier zichtbaar wat er speelt en kan er een helende beweging in gang worden gezet.
Deelnemen als representant
Als representant neem je deel aan de opstelling van iemand anders. Veel mensen ervaren dat wat er zichtbaar wordt ook hun eigen thema's raakt en nieuwe inzichten geeft.
Ervaring met familieopstellingen is niet nodig. We werken in een kleine groep en creëren samen een veilige, respectvolle ruimte.

De workshop wordt gefaciliteerd door Jasmijn Dorant — familieopsteller, systemisch coach en advocaat. Ze begeleidt mensen naar innerlijke autoriteit en weet uit eigen ervaring hoe het is om patronen te doorbreken die je niet zelf hebt gekozen. Het creëren van een veilige ruimte staat bij haar voorop.

Much of what you carry, you did not choose.
The patterns that keep repeating — in relationships, work, family or within. The feelings you cannot explain. The way you put yourself last, feel stuck, or sense that you are not fully present in your own life. Sometimes you understand rationally what is going on — and yet nothing shifts.
You are not doing anything wrong. There may be unconscious dynamics within your family system standing in the way of you living your fullest, most authentic life.
A family constellation makes the invisible visible. Are you ready to see the truth?
Joining as a question holder
Your question or theme is represented in space by other participants. They intuitively take the place of important people or elements from your familysystem. Often, what is truly at play on becomes visible in a surprisingly clear way — and a healing movement can begin.
Joining as a representative
As a representative, you participate in someone else's constellation. Many people find that what becomes visible also resonates with their own themes — bringing new insights and perspectives.
No prior experience with family constellations is needed. We work in a small group and create a safe, respectful space together.

The workshop is facilitated by Jasmijn Dorant — family constellator, systemic coach and practising lawyer. She guides people toward inner authority and knows from personal experience what it means to break patterns you did not choose yourself. Creating a safe space is her priority.
