Embody your Self, morning class

Over dit evenement

A gentle start to your day, where you can land in your body and meet yourself as you are.

Through simple movement, breath, and awareness, you’re invited to slow down and reconnect with what is alive in you. There’s no choreography and nothing to perform. You follow your own rhythm.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. We enter the space barefoot.

Meditation cushions are available, and there will be water, tea, and some fruit. You’re welcome to bring a journal if you like.

Doors open 15 minutes before we start. I invite you to arrive on time, as we close the door when the session begins.

Practical:
Saturday, from 10:15 to 11:45 approximately
Studio Inner Bloom, Maastricht

You’re very welcome to join.
