Dutch & English Speakers are both welcome (the workshop can be facilitated in both languages fluently). In this transformative journey we move beyond the mind to being. Through a deep, hypnosis & somatic journey, your body and subconscious will lead the way to move stagnant energy and release deep seated patterns, emotions and subconscious blocks that we simply cannot reach with our thinking mind or talking therapy.

During this special journey we will explore the walls you’ve built, the protective layers you once needed, but that may now be preventing you from living fully and giving and receiving love. We bring gentleness and safety to your nervous system and help connect deeper with your inner being.

What will we experience during this magical afternoon?
Hypnosis & Energetic Bodywork: You don’t have to ‘do’ anything. While you lie down and surrender to my voice, we embark on a subconscious journey. Through hypnosis and Energetic Bodywork, I will support your body in releasing blockages. With somatic touch, I help stagnant energy move again, reconnecting you to your body and inner being.

Nervous System Release: I will guide you through techniques to release stored tension and stress from your nervous system. You will learn how to shift your system from high-alert to restoration—tools you can use long after the workshop.

Integrating Together: We conclude with tea, nourishing snacks, and a soft space for sharing and grounding.
