Are you longing to take your relationship to new heights of intimacy, understanding, and genuine connection? Do you desire to build a strong foundation of trust, communication, and empathy? Look no further!

In today's fast-paced world, it's easy for couples to get caught up in the daily grind, losing sight of what truly matters: deepening their connection. This workshop series is designed to reignite the spark and help you build a solid emotional foundation.

What sets our workshop series apart is our emphasis on Authentic Relating. It's about creating a safe and supportive space where you and your partner(s) or close friend can be your truest selves, free from judgment or pretense. Through carefully curated exercises and transformative practices, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and shared growth.

For optimal result we recommend to book the full series, but you're welcome to book a single evening with your partner(s). If you have more than one partner and you'd like to join our session(s) all together that's of course possible - please reach out to us!

SESSIONS:
Session 1: The Art of the Self-awareness
All relationships have one thing in common; you. In order for your relationship with others to flourish, you need to prioritize the relationship you have with yourself. We’ll focus on self-discovery to explore our needs, desires and triggers. We’ll learn to communicate these clearly with our partners and focus on active listening skills.

Session 2: The Art of Vulnerability
Dive into the depths of emotional intimacy and vulnerability. Uncover the power of authentic sharing and witnessing, as you create a container of trust and love that allows all partners to be seen and heard authentically.

Session 3: The Art of Difficult Conversations
Conflicts are rich opportunities to connect deeper with our partners when held in mutual understanding. This requires self-awareness and asks of us to not take it personally but create a safe environment for ourselves and partners to be heard and seen. We learn how to hold space and use conflict

Session 4: The Art of Play
Focussing on playfulness and creating shared experiences for deeper connection.

In between sessions you will get a guided homeplay exercise for you to plan a ‘date night’ in your own space and time to practice and reflect together.

Conflict Transformation: Gain invaluable tools and strategies to navigate conflict constructively. Explore effective methods for resolving disagreements, finding win-win solutions, and nurturing a stronger bond even in challenging moments.

Deepening Connection: Experience profound connection rituals and practices that rekindle the flame of passion and strengthen the bond between you and your partner. Rediscover the joy of shared experiences, playfulness, and mutual growth.

Homeplay & Date Night
In between sessions you will get a guided homeplay exercise for you to plan a ‘date night’ in your own space and time to practice and reflect together.

Led by experienced relationship facilitators, our workshop series offers a safe and supportive environment for growth and exploration. Whether you're newly together, in a long-term partnership, or navigating a challenging phase, this workshop series is for you.

We have limited capacity for only 8 couples for the full-series tickets.
Per session we offer space for 2 extra couples that would like to book a single session.

Location: Europalaan 20, Utrecht (FREE PARKING). Entrance is behind the building.
Doors open at 18:45. Please be on time, there will be no-one to let you in after 7:10PM
This workshop wil be held in English (but of course in interactions you can speak Dutch with each other if that is more easy).
We provide unlimited tea and some snacks. Make sure you have eaten before we start.
