We will meet in Kathmandu and land together with a welcome dinner. After couple days of rest, exploring, visiting Thamel, Durbar Square & Boudhanath stupa (one of the largest stupas in the world and a UNESCO site), we move to Pokhara; city on the footsteps of Himalaya. We will visit Buddhist monstery for sound healing session, perhaps get a massage or walk around the lake, prepare & pack for our Himalayan adventure. Than we embark together on MARDI HIMAL TREK (4.200m); journey that is awaiting to transform how you experience the world 🏔️
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Accommodation:
• 3 nights in Kathmandu + 1x welcome dinner + daily breakfast
• 3 nights in Pokhara + daily breakfast
• 8 nights in the mountains - MARDI HIMAL TREK (4200m)
*accommodation will be simple and shared (2-4 in one room) sometimes (not always!) possibility to pay extra for private rooms
Transport:
• Bus Pokhara -> Kathmandu (7-8 hours ride)
*if you wish to take a flight instead, it is possible for extra fee
Visa:
• 30 day visa (2 more weeks as a gift, if you plan to stay longer :))
Program:
• Daily outdoor yoga / pranayama / meditation (according to weather, group mood & possibilities)
• 1 x sound healing session in Buddhist monastery
• Entrance to amazing natural hot springs on the trek
• 1x cacao circle up in the mountains
• evening yoga nidra in your bed :)
• yoga philosophy evening q&a + sharing
• free time and lots of rest in between treks
*mountains are unpredictable. the choice of trek, yoga sessions, itinerary are all subject to change, if necessary.

Trek:
• 8x accommodation

Coordination:
• 30 minutes alignment call with me to find out if this trek is yours
• 1hr online meeting with group 1 month before leaving
• WhatsApp group (all time support)
• Guidance with booking flight tickets, what to pack, visa, insurance, cultural differences, what to (not) expect, etc
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
• Equipment (organise your own trekking poles, crampons (for icy parts), sleeping bag, travel yoga mat etc… -> you will receive the “packing guide list” after the sign up)
• Transport to Kathmandu (price depends on where you fly from / choice of comfort & airline / size of backpack etc.)
• Health + travel + high altitude Insurance
• Vaccination (if considered)
• Any extra activities such as massages, shopping, paragliding, boat rides, bungee jumping (but all will be helped with)
• anything extra on the trek - high in the mountains everything costs extra: charging your phone, toilet paper, wi-fi, refilling drinking water etc.; choose your options & comfort
• All lunches & dinners in Kathmandu & Pokhara - (organise meals according to your own flow during free time)

Meet Nica 👇🏼
Nica is a body-mind therapist, yoga teacher, coach with master degree in psychology and 10+ years of sharing her own blend of it all. She first visited Nepal in 2016 and immediately felt Home. Over the years she had returned many times and now she would love to share all the experience, know-how, the way through, to support your preparations, answer questions & co-lead you through Himalayan trek. “I know the feeling of hearing the call to visit Nepal & Himalayas but not knowing where to begin. Stepping into the unknown can be challenging but deep inside you know it will be worth it. And I would love to be the bridge to help you taking that step. Let the mountains transform the way you experience the world.” Nica will be leading all program (yoga, meditation, cacao circle, temple visits) and organise, communicate and guide you from beginning to end and beyond. She will be accompanied by an experienced local female guide, Amrita.

Amrita Rai is a dedicated freelance trekking guide from Nepal with over three years of experience in the tourism industry. Passionate about the mountains and deeply connected to nature, she is committed to creating meaningful and memorable trekking experiences for her clients.
Coming from a country rich in natural beauty and cultural heritage, Amrita believes in the immense potential of Nepal’s tourism sector. She is especially passionate about empowering women and aims to contribute to women’s participation and growth in this field in the future.
Amrita offers more than just guidance on the trail—she shares in-depth knowledge about the Himalayas, including local flora and fauna, birdlife, traditional costumes, monasteries, culture, and everyday Nepalese life. Her approach allows trekkers to truly connect with the environment and communities they encounter.
She has successfully guided numerous treks across Nepal, including:

Amrita has a deep love for travel, nature, and exploration. She enjoys mountains, waterfalls, photography, and discovering new places—especially those far from noise and crowds. For her, natural beauty brings a sense of peace and calm, which is why she chose trekking as her path.
With her guidance, every journey becomes not just a trek, but an enriching and unforgettable experience in the heart of Nepal.
Why in February 2027?
• Very early beginning of the high season (= no crowds, lots of space for our yoga & meditation + mindful trekking)
