Over dit evenement
As the Spring Equinox and the New Moon come together, we invite you to join a guided forest bathing walk where nature connection and self-leadership meet. A moment to slow down, tune into yourself, and find clarity as we move into a new season.
Through sensory exercises, silence, and reflection, you will strengthen trust in your own development, deepen your sense of belonging to place and nature, and find inner steadiness for personal and collective transitions.
The Spring Equinox marks the moment when day and night stand in balance. As the days grow longer, we step into a season of growth, movement, and renewed energy.
The New Moon carries the energy of birth and new beginnings — a time of emergence, setting intentions, and planting seeds for what wishes to unfold. Together, these two moments form a powerful invitation to strengthen our capacity for personal leadership in these dynamic times on Earth.
Across the many transitions and crises of our time, we often see a shared element: a spiritual separation between people and their deeper nature — their sense of soul, belonging, place, and practice. Restoring this connection supports wiser choices, grounded action, and compassionate leadership.
Together, we create space to reconnect with ourselves, the land, and the season that is unfolding. This gathering is part of a broader practice of personal leadership — cultivating an inner source of strength needed to contribute to a flourishing future for one another and all life on Earth. The way we meet ourselves shapes how we meet the world.

🌙 About your guide
This gathering is guided by Veronika — mother, naturalist gardener, educator, and facilitator. After a decade working in advisory roles on public questions and sustainability, she shifted her path to dedicate herself to regenerative transitions. In her daily life, she explores questions such as: How do I experience myself as nature? How do I accompany others in this experience? How can I offer my talents and gifts as sources of care for all forms of life? And how might I — and humanity as a whole — act as a keystone species within the communities we are part of? How do I support others in exploring and engaging on these questions deeply?
Today, she teaches in higher education on leadership and development for regeneration, while also facilitating sessions, moments of stillness, and — in the future — retreats. These spaces invite slowing down and deep attention, where people are not so much reconnecting with nature as remembering they were never separate from it.
In her work, Veronika starts from the understanding that we are expressions of the landscapes we inhibit. Our bodies carry the rhythms of water, our breath moves with the trees, and our thoughts arise within the same living systems that give rise to plants and animals. As Jorge Wagensberg expressed it, “Nature is the outer part of our innermost being.” From this recognition emerges a form of personal leadership grounded in love, awareness and relationality.
Veronika works with practices rooted in Eastern traditions, including Buddhism, Taoism and forest bathing. As a certified forest bathing guide, she applies these methodologies to cultivate sensory awareness and slowed perception. She is herbalist (also in training with the Herbal Academy) and a member of Kirsty Gallagher’s Lunar Living Sisterhood, where she deepens her understanding of plant knowledge, cyclical living, and the wisdom of natural rhythms.
These threads come together in her guidance, where regeneration is approached as an ongoing practice of remembering that we exist in relationship, and that care for the world begins with acknowledging our interdependence. For Veronika, regeneration is a practice of staying present with what is — with the cracks, the transitions, and the possibilities that emerge there.
