Family Constellation is a deeply transformative healing method that reveals hidden dynamics within your family system and ancestral line.

The hidden emotional patterns often passed down from previous generations, can influence your thoughts, behaviors, relationships and even your physical well-being—sometimes in ways we don’t fully understand.
In this Family Constellation workshop, we will create a safe, supportive space for you to explore and release these unconscious entanglements, bringing clarity and healing into your life.

Then you are warmly invited to experience a Family Constellation workshop in Amsterdam's beautiful location at Studio Osmos.

You're welcome to bring any kind of question. The most powerful insights usually come from questions that are present in your life right now — such as challenges around relationships & family dynamics, health, emotions, fear, stress, life purpose, money, success & career, or making a decision.
It’s also completely okay if your question isn’t fully clear yet — if you feel a strong inner desire to join, trust that feeling.

What to Expect:

- A sacred, held space with an experienced, heart-centered facilitator
- Release from inherited patterns and limiting beliefs
- Deep shifts for both question-holders and representatives
- A path back to inner balance, love, and belonging

Two types of tickets:

Question Holder – You bring a personal question or theme. What is the issue / problem and your goal? As a question holder, you’ll not only experience your own constellation, but also have the opportunity to represent in the constellations of others. ( only 4x spots available)

Representative – You take part by representing in the constellations of others, or simply observe for the day.

Open to All – no experience needed ( max. 13 participants in the group setting).
