New Moon Walk with Cacao

The new moon invites us into quiet beginnings — a moment to pause, listen, and plant seeds for what wants to grow. On this winter afternoon we gather for a slow, mindful walk, a shared cup of warm ceremonial cacao, and nature-connection invitations that help us soften, ground, and return to the deeper rhythm of life.

As we step into 2026 we enter a cycle associated with courage, initiation, creative energy, and forward movement. This gathering supports us in aligning with that momentum wisely: tending our inner fire without burning out, trusting our direction while staying rooted and steady.

The new moon energy supports beginnings, clarity, and subtle shifts — a time when seeds are planted quietly beneath the surface. Together we listen for the question:

What wants to grow through me this year — and how can I walk with it gently?

We meet by Kinderboerderij De Heeg and walk together toward Savelbos, moving gently and staying present with what we notice along the way. We will walk no more than 5 kilometers in total, at a relaxed pace, with pauses for reflection and guided practices.

Please bring warm layers, comfortable shoes, a notebook, a cup, water, and your openness. Cacao is provided. Full location details are shared after registration.

This gathering is lovingly held by Veronika - educator, nature-lover, mother, forest therapy practitioner - offering gentle guidance and nature-connection practices that support health, wellbeing, grounding, and nervous system ease.

Over the past three years, Veronika has also been devotedly following Kirsty Gallagher’s Lunar Living Sisterhood, deepening her own relationship with the moon, self-inquiry, soul-led living, and cyclical wisdom. This work has shaped the way she holds ritual and reflection — blending the grounding presence of the forest with the subtle guidance of the lunar path.
