This Seasonal Soul Session is a women’s workshop aligned with the rhythm of the seasons... a gentle, nourishing space to slow down, reconnect, and find your natural flow. A moment to come home to yourself and to others.
The magic of each Soul Session lies in the unique combination of gentle yoga and a women’s circle.
By moving the body while connecting with your heart and soul, you create space for release, insight, and inner calm. No pressure, no expectations… just room to feel, to breathe, and simply to be.
What to Expect
Each session is inspired by the season and attuned to the energy of the group, making every gathering unique.
Recurring elements include:
– Gentle yoga, suitable for all levels
– Meditation and visualization
– Mantra chanting

About your facilitators:
Siobhán
Siobhán has been facilitating women’s circles and retreats for several years and brings warmth, wisdom, and genuine presence to every session. She creates a calm and compassionate space for reflection, relaxation, and connection. Her circles are intuitively guided and attuned to the energy of the season.
Zoë
Zoë is an experienced yoga teacher with a calm presence and an intuitive, heart-led teaching style. Her classes are gentle and grounding, with a strong focus on breath, mindfulness, and connection. She creates an open and accessible environment where everyone feels welcome and safe.
