Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki level 1 Attunement Training

Hello beautiful soul,

It is my absolute pleasure to get to share this Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki level 1 Training.

I received my first Reiki attunement back in 2018 and it really felt like such a beautiful opening to my spiritual path. Rei (universal life force energy) + Ki (breath) is a Japanese hands-on healing modality in which you learn how to channel universal healing energy to support your own body and to support others. It's very gentle and soft while being powerful and potent. While initially not having the intention to become a Reiki master (with the ability to give trainings and attunements) at all at the start, life just happened and I now find myself giving these trainings with so much joy. I'm excited to see who will join this training.

Reiki Level 1
Reiki level 1 is intended for your own self-healing first and foremost. You will be able to give yourself energy healings as well as family, friends, pets and plants. This level is not intended to give healing to clients outside of your familial circle yet. If that is interesting for you, I recommend continuing with Reiki level 2 after a few months of integration. There are four levels in total within this Reiki lineage.

What you will receive during this Reiki Attunement:
- Preparation tips before the training, like adjusting your diet and energetic input a few days before our gathering
- Printed version of the level 1 Guide Book (old-school photocopies as this is very sacred information)
- 1 day physical gathering with cacao, tea, snacks and a delicious, nourishing vegan lunch in a small, cozy group of max 4 participants (5 including me)
- Shorter gathering about 5-6 weeks later on a date that suits everyone to see how everyone is doing, practice Reiki and answer any remaining questions
- Your level 1 Usui Shiki Ryoho certificate and a new healing modality to work with:)
- A Whatsapp/Telegram group to share experiences and ask questions
- A group of new like-minded soul friends
- All the support you need from me
- A portal to a new version of yourself :)

After the attunement you will go through an automatic 21-day detox. The Reiki energy will upgrade your energy centres on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. For this it is recommended that you eat a clean diet, eliminate alcohol/smoking and other non-supporting input, perhaps even a digital detox. It can really support you to go out into nature as much as possible and give yourself Reiki healings every day. I definitely recommend taking the day or even a few days off after this training to give yourself time and space to integrate this deep energy work.
