What if jealousy wasn’t something to fix… but something to feel?

This is the first gathering of a new Embodika online series exploring emotions as teachers, one by one, through the body.

In this session, we’ll dive into jealousy - that raw, uncomfortable feeling that can reveal our deepest fears, needs, and desires for love.

Together, we’ll explore:

What jealousy is really trying to protect
How it shows up in the body and nervous system
Ways to stay present instead of spiraling in comparison or shame
Somatic tools to move through fear and come back to love
This isn’t a space for advice or judgment.
It’s a space for honesty, body awareness, and emotional transformation.

You’ll be guided through gentle body-based practices, short sharings, and reflection moments designed to help you reconnect with your truth - even in the middle of emotional chaos.
