Women's Circle: The Choice to Be Childfree
This circle is a gentle and honest space for women who have chosen not to have children.
It offers a place to feel seen, supported, and understood without judgment, comparison, or pressure.
Together we will explore the emotional and generational layers connected to womanhood, choice, and freedom. Many of us carry inherited stories about what a woman “should” be. In this circle, we will begin to release those stories and reconnect with the truth that our lives are already whole and meaningful.
The session includes open sharing, ceremonial cacao, reflective exercises, and a guided Reiki meditation for the womb and heart. Through this process, we create space for peace, clarity, and self-acceptance.
This circle is for any woman that feels called to honor her path of being childfree: whether that choice feels empowered, peaceful, or still tender. It is a space to speak openly, release what no longer belongs to you, and find calm in your own truth.
You will experience:
- Guided reflection on societal and ancestral expectations
- Gentle group sharing and deep listening
- Reiki and meditation for emotional release and balance
- A simple ritual to let go of guilt or old beliefs
- Time for integration and grounding with ceremonial cacao
