Finding Stillness Within

Over dit evenement

In a world that keeps moving faster and faster, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves. We rush through days filled with noise, screens, and endless to-do’s — but somewhere underneath all that movement, there is a place of calm waiting to be found.

Join us for “Finding Stillness Within”, a special evening at YogaZen dedicated to slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with your inner peace.

During this 2.5-hour journey, we’ll gently move through:
Hatha & Yin Yoga – balancing movement and rest, guiding body and mind into deep release
Breathwork (Pranayama) – simple yet powerful techniques to calm your nervous system
Mantra singing – connecting through sound and vibration
Guided meditation – to rest in silence and find stillness within

This workshop is open to all levels – whether you’re new to yoga or a long-time practitioner, you’ll be guided with care and clarity.

Come as you are.
Leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more at peace.

Take this evening as a gentle reminder: you don’t have to go anywhere to find peace — it’s already within you.
