Take Flight: Arm Balance Workshop

Over dit evenement

Are you ready to challenge your practice and explore the empowering world of arm balances?

One of our teachers Paula, who will be returning to her home country Brazil at the end of November, offers this workshop only once. With a lifetime of body awareness and mastery, she will guide you into the world of arm balances with care, precision, and inspiration.

Join us on Tuesday, 4 November, from 18:30–21:00 at YogaZen for a special 2.5-hour Arm Balance Workshop.

In this playful and supportive workshop, you will:
Warm up your body with mindful movement and breath
Learn step-by-step techniques for foundational arm balances like Crow Pose
Explore more advanced variations at your own pace
Strengthen your core, open your hips, and find stability in your shoulders
Leave feeling stronger, lighter, and inspired to take your practice further

Whether you are taking your very first steps into arm balances or looking to refine your technique, this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to take flight.

We can't wait to see you on the mat!
