10.00-10.30 doors open (be in time!)
10.30-11.00 warm-up, breath work and short meditation
11.00-13.00 ecstatic dance with Ritual Frequencies
Please be there before 10.30, as the doors will close for the opening ceremony <3

Be aware of our house rules:

- No alcohol or other substances, create your own ecstasy
- No talking, body language only ;)
- No shoes
- No phones, capture the experience with your mind
- Most importantly, dance like nobody is watching!
