The art of simply being
These evenings will help you feeling connected to the mystery as we slowly move into the dark days of winter.
Non-dual silent meditation
I will give simple pointers to help you rest as openness and feel comfortable in welcoming all that arises in it.
Breath
We will practice releasing the breath of the doer, appreciating the spontaneous dance of breath and body, as it unfolds in each moment.
Mantra
Some evenings you will be invited to join me (muted) in chanting a simple meditative mantra
Surrendered movement
Sitting or standing, on some evenings I may invite you some to give your body to gentle spontaneous movement meditation, inspired by soft minimal music.
Zoom registration
We will meet via Zoom, the link will be sent to you after registration.
Meetings will be recorded, you will receive the audio recording after each meeting.

Exchange is 40 euro.
