Pascalle is known for her grounded yet graceful teaching style. She has guided countless students through classes, retreats, and trainings, always weaving together strength and softness. With over 500 hours of advanced yoga studies and a deep background in Ayurveda, she brings both wisdom and care into her teaching.
Her classes invite you to tune into sensation, connect to your breath, and find the balance between discipline and ease. Students describe her as nurturing yet empowering — someone who helps you step into your own light with confidence and compassion.

Roos-Metje is a dedicated space-holder and teacher with a gift for guiding others inward through slow movements, meditation, and reflection. Her approach is gentle yet powerful, creating safe spaces where people feel deeply seen and supported.
She believes that slowing down is an act of self-love and a doorway into presence. Through her sessions, she offers tools for grounding, self-inquiry, and reconnecting with inner clarity. Participants leave her classes with a renewed sense of calm, openness, and connection — both to themselves and the community around them.
