The Sensual Self is a four-part healing and nourishing journey for women who are ready to reclaim their erotic vitality and embodied presence.
Beyond performance, seduction, or ideals of how we “should” be — The Sensual Self is about coming home to the truth of our own body, emotions, and sensuality.
In today’s world, many women feel disconnected from their sensual self: our capacity to feel, to receive pleasure, to trust intimacy, and to inhabit our sexuality as our own. Trauma, conditioning, and life’s pressures can leave us numb, tense, or confused in our relationship with eros.
This program offers a safe, grounded, therapeutic space where body-oriented therapy, psychosomatic healing, and tantric practice meet. Together, we will gently restore flow where energy is stuck, bring awareness to unconscious patterns, and reconnect to the innocence and aliveness at the core of our being.
Here, therapy and tantra are not separate paths. Both work with the body as the doorway, supporting us to release old imprints and integrate our history, as well as inviting us to open to life force energy and intimacy as healing forces.

🌹 Why This Work Matters
Our sexuality is often shaped by outside forces: cultural conditioning, family beliefs, media, religion, and personal experiences that may have left scars. Too often, women learn to perform, to please, or to suppress — rather than to trust their own body’s truth.
When we do not own our sexual experience, we lose touch with one of our deepest sources of vitality and self-worth. Disconnection from eros can show up as numbness, shame, lack of desire, difficulties in intimacy, or even physical symptoms of tension and exhaustion.

This program is designed to change that.

To reframe eros not as something “to give away,” but to embody as a natural, healing, creative life force within.
To provide therapeutic tools for integrating past pain, while opening the body to new possibilities of joy, intimacy, and aliveness.
Owning your sensual and sexual self is not just about pleasure — it is about wholeness. It is about living from a place of choice rather than conditioning, freedom rather than fear, and intimacy that nourishes rather than depletes.
When a woman is connected to her sensual self, she feels more grounded, radiant, and alive. She can bring more authenticity into her relationships, more creativity into her work, and more love into her life.

Sandi | Medicine Within
Tantrika and facilitator of embodied rituals, weaving shamanism, tantra, and psychosomatic practices. She guides women and mixed groups in temples, retreats, and ceremonies — always inviting a return to the sacred essence within.
Belinda van den Bogaert
Core Energetic Therapist and founder of Core4everyBody, with over 20 years of experience supporting women and men, couples and groups. Her work brings depth, safety, and aliveness through therapeutic processes, intimacy practices, and body wisdom.
Together, we bring decades of experience in therapy, tantra, and women’s work — creating a field of both healing and exploration.

Per Module: €622
Full Journey (all 4 modules): €2,222 (€555 each)
Price includes overnight stay for 2 evenings and food.
You may join a single module if one theme speaks to you.
Yet we warmly recommend the full journey: each module builds on the next, creating a therapeutic arc that allows deeper healing and integration.

We keep this work accessible without compromising depth. International trainings in tantra and psychosomatic therapy are often priced much higher; our choice is to offer a fair contribution that allows women from different backgrounds to join.
