Come and join us in this beautiful circle and take some time to reconnect with yourself, reflect, find balance, and awaken your body through gentle yoga movements.

Hapé (or rapé) is a sacred physical and spiritual medicine made from the tobacco plant. It has been used by the tribes of the Amazon for thousands of years. It helps to focus, energize, or enter a meditative state, connect with the subtle energy, and have clearer thoughts.

Hapé is not inhaled or smoked but blown into the nostrils with a special blowpipe. This act is a symbolic purification, connection, and strengthening of the body and mind. Hence, the use of hapé is not recreational.

The ceremony is held in a small group setting. This is a safe space to connect and share, with respect and gratitude for the plant and each other.

Facilitator: Mena SoulProject. With several years of experience working with hapé medicine, I will guide you through this experience with intention, care, and most importantly: love.

Doors will be open at 07:50 am to start at 8:00 am. Please be on time.

In order for the medicine to work properly, it is important not to eat beforehand.

Small snacks and tea will be provided afterward.
