Yoga and a Yap

Over dit evenement

I am so excited to be teaming up with the wonderful District café in Utrecht to bring you the first session of Yoga and a Yap! There is nothing better than a gorgeous, flowy yoga practice (outdoors and hopefully, in the sunshine), followed by a warm coffee, a flaky croissant, and ofc, a good chat! Did someone say dream Saturday morning?

Join us on the morning of the 21st of June at Wilhelmina park for allll the gezellig Saturday morning vibes. We'll start with an hour of a dynamic vinyasa yoga (all levels welcome), and then we'll head over for coffee and a pastry (and a yap, ofc) to the lovely District café.

I am SO excited to host this (hopefully first of many) yoga and a yap series - will I see you there?
