Over dit evenement
Join us for this unique in-depth session on cultivating meaningful relationships! The first Living Integrity workshop hosted in Amsterdam, together with Luna. We designed this workshop because we believe that real learning happens when understanding meets experience. In this workshop, you’ll gain not only a clear theoretical foundation of the NVC framework, but above all a deeply embodied experience. We engage both mind and body because true integrity is lived, not just understood. To ensure depth, connection, and personal attention, we keep the group intentionally small. Each workshop is limited to 15 participants.
THE INVITATION
Imagine feeling more at home—in yourself, and with the people you care about.
What if your relationships could become a place of healing, rather than hurt?
Many of us carry wounds from past relationships. Moments when trust was broken, or when we felt unseen or unsafe. This workshop invites you to explore a different possibility: that intimacy and connection can be a source of deep transformation and renewal.
In this 2-day immersive experience, we’ll explore how to bring more honesty, clarity, and care into your relationships — starting with the one you have with yourself. Through the tools of Nonviolent Communication, self-inquiry, and body-based practices, you’ll learn how to express yourself in a way that feels true while also staying open to the needs and experiences of others.
We’ll look at what it means to be fully present in a relationship: to listen with curiosity, to speak from the heart, and to co-create connection that feels safe, mutual, and real. You don’t need to be in a romantic relationship to join—just curious about how to show up more fully in the relationships that matter to you.
This workshop is for anyone who longs for more depth, trust, and authenticity in connection—with a partner, a friend, or yourself.

INTERBEING IS THE SONG OF LIFE
Within the two days of the workshop, we will create a temporary living community where the main inner compass will be one’s own heart; not in a poetic way, but in a fully experiential manner, that will invite us to become fully real, to dare to step into innersourcing and to lean into any potential hesitation, insecurities, doubts, fears from that unshakable stability of the Heart.

“Empathy requires both the capacity to be fully present within ourselves, living our own lives, as well as the capacity to reach out and transcend our own self to enter into the other person’s experience... The gift of empathy is that it integrates mind and heart. In the very same act as it brings together self and other.” ~ Miki Kashtan, NVC trainer, founder of NonViolent Global Liberation
