This Butoh Playground is for anyone who wants to delve deeper into Butoh style Movement Theatre. Under the guidance of Honza Svasek, specialized in butoh and various body-mind practices, you can discover, experiment and find your own creative expression.

An invitation to meet yourself and others through movement in a safe and open atmosphere, through exercises focused on self-expression and group dynamics. In these sessions you can discover what your body can express, regardless of your experience.

Honza combines techniques such as authentic movement, insight improvisation, physical theater and butoh to inspire and create an experience of connection, both with your own body and with others.

Whether you are a creative mind looking for new forms of expression, a performer who wants to deepen your movement vocabulary, or are simply curious about what these forms of work have to offer - everyone is welcome in the Playground.
