During the meditation, you will be gently guided through the seven chakras, creating space to connect with each energy center. As the flute weaves its healing tones, you’ll be invited to align, release, and awaken the natural flow of energy within you.

14:30 walk-in, tea with healthy snacks
15:00 – 16:00 voice-guided meditation with flute
16:00 – 16:30 reflection, networking, tea with healthy snacks
