This Soulsunday mini retreat edition is a co-creation with guest Soundhealer Max from Portugal. He will bring his magical enchanting sounds with his Native flutes & didgeridoo.
I will be your spaceholder & your spiritual guide. Sharing the spirit of Cacao for heartconnection. Guiding you into meditation & yin yoga to unwind, release and surrender into deep relaxation. Together with Max and his enchanting Native flutes sounds.
The Easter Sundaysoul last part will be a soothing XL savasana. A magical soundjourney through space, time and beyond. Max will guide you with his enchanting sounds of Native flutes and the didgeridoo. I will be joining with my multiple instruments the Shaman drum, tuningforks, Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rattles, rainstick, the Gong and more. Together we will weave a high vibrational field guiding you into an altered state of conciousness through holistic breathwork & sound vibrations.
