🌿 Step into a Sacred Rapé Circle 🌿

Take a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in this beautiful and nurturing space. Together, we’ll cultivate balance and awaken the body through gentle yoga movements, creating the perfect foundation for this sacred journey.

Rapé is a profound spiritual medicine made from the tobacco plant, cherished by Amazonian tribes for thousands of years. It is a tool to help focus, energize, and enter meditative states, allowing for clarity of thought and connection with subtle energies. Unlike conventional uses of tobacco, Rapé is not smoked or inhaled but is gently blown into the nostrils using a ceremonial blowpipe. This practice represents symbolic purification and the strengthening of the mind, body, and spirit.

In our small group ceremony, we will embrace the medicine's power with reverence, intention, and gratitude.

This is a safe and supportive space to connect and share, honoring both the plant and each other as we journey together 🌸

- Doors will be open at 07:50am to start at 8:00am. Please be on time.
- In order for the medicine to work properly, it is important not to eat beforehand.
- Small snacks and tea will be provided afterwards.
