Hi, I’m Dobritsa — Systemic Therapist, Leadership Guide, and Life Architect.

My professional journey began as an architect — shaping structures, solving complex puzzles, and bringing order to chaos. But beyond the buildings, I discovered something more powerful: the dynamics between people, the invisible systems influencing how we lead, decide, and connect.

For years, I led teams as Head of Design and part of the management board. I know first-hand what it feels like to carry responsibility, make complex decisions, and balance expectations while trying to stay true to yourself.

Over time, I realized that leadership isn’t just about strategy or expertise — it’s about understanding the system you’re part of and leading from clarity, presence, and authenticity.

Today, I guide leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers to break free from inherited leadership patterns and step into a new way of leading — one that is both intuitive and systemic. My work integrates systemic constellations, embodiment practices, and tools for decision-making that go beyond rational logic.

I don’t just help you think differently; I help you lead differently. From building structures to re-aligning the inner architecture of leadership itself.
